The more TV you watch, the more your lifespan drops. Oh yes. There’s been a study and everything. In fact they came to this conclusion:

Staying active and reducing time spent sedentary may be of benefit in reducing the risk of cardiovascular disease and may be considered as part of a comprehensive approach to improve cardiovascular health

Sometimes I wonder whether researchers and scientists realise that they’re just stating the obvious with their fancy percentages and quantified data.

    • I’m thinking the same thing. If someone calculated the amount of hours of TV I’ve watched, I’d be in negative years right now.
