Levels of Thorpe Park excitement are at an all time high

Going Out

This isn’t ground breaking, I know that. But this year, words can’t describe how excited I am to be going to Thorpe Park. Tomorrow!

Thorpe Park

Usually I end up going to Thorpe Park a few times in one year. It’s nearby and you can usually get through all the rides by about 2pm. If you get there when the park opens. This year, me and my wise bunch of friends, thought we needed to reign in the Thorpe Park trips and wait for Halloween for one of their Fright Nights.

Last year was the first year three of us went to our first Thorpe Park Fright Night. You could boil a Thorpe Park Fright Nights down to just a few added horror mazes and the ability to go on the rides in the dark. But it’s so much more than that!

I don’t know how much more, but it definitely feels like it’s more. Tomorrow there’s six of us going and I can not wait. I’ve had a countdown on one of my phone’s home screens for months now and have been impatiently waiting for it to get down to zero. Tomorrow it will!

  1. I miss Thorpe Park. So many memories from when I lived down south. Now, the most I get is Alton Towers every few years. This year we went and it was awesome! I LOVE theme parks!

    • I did Alton Towers for the first time in years last year … I forgot how massive the place was. It takes DAYS to walk around! Thorpe Park is tiny compared, but OMG so much fun. You must make it down one year to try the Saw rollercoaster – it could just be my favourite rollercoaster ever.

    • Aside from the cold winds lashing your face as you whip around a ‘coaster in the dark, yes, riding rides at night is awesome!
