Just like any other morning. With a veil of haze floating in the air. I can’t remember whether the haze was fog or dust. Whichever it was, it’s an atmosphere I love to capture.

Take away the honking car horns, sounds of revving motorbikes, and all the noise of highway traffic, you’re left with a peaceful scene. The garish lights on the buildings actually look quite beautiful. Even if they’re all oddly shaped. Bahrain, you ain’t so bad.
