The frosted glass in my porch lit by the street lights outside. I liked how this turned out in the end. It’s a little dark and I’m not sure you can actually see the frosted glass!

Photo of the day: Going home
Spent the day at my aunt’s house in Milton Keynes and this is from the way back. Nothing majorly amazing happened, just a day with family. And yes, I know, I did a light effect photo yesterday. I’ll hold off on doing another for a […]

Photo of the day: Stuck in a Box
I’ve seen light writing/drawing all over flickr so thought i’d give it a shot. Tried a couple of things, with a torch, with a mini little light, various shutter speeds. This isn’t an amazing photo, but it’s a start. Might try this again later in […]

Photo of the day: Just like summer
It was a nice warm day today. Looking up it could have been summer, had i not been wrapped up in my coat. Though not gloves or scarf. Please tell me spring’s nearly here.

Ever seen the camera toss group on flickr? Go search for it – there are some amazing photos in there. And while i wasn’t brave enough to physically throw my camera i just wanted to try out what would happen if i had a really […]

Photo of the day: Half hour a day
All new years bring new resolutions and this was mine a month ago. Thankfully I’ve maintained it. Every other day, i try and get on my step machine for at least half an hour. I’m not sure if it’s doing any good or not!

Photo of the Day: Sunday 31st January
A lone bit of moss stands by itself, unwavering. I felt determined to get out and take a few more photos with my Raynox macro lens. And while it’s winter I’ve realised there isn’t that much to take macro of. Sadly. There was some lovely […]
