Found a little bit of “the upside down” in Juffair. Or I just flipped the shot to create something in the vein of one of my current favourite TV shows.
There is no rhythm nor rhyme to some the buildings here. Tall, short, orange, blue, green—I guess it’s just a matter of whatever the creators feel like creating.
Take away the honking car horns, sounds of revving motorbikes, and all the noise of highway traffic, you’re left with a peaceful scene. The garish lights on the buildings actually look quite beautiful. Even if they’re all oddly shaped. Bahrain, you ain’t so bad.
