That’s all you have to do. Look up and find another view. Living in Bahrain, with all of the high-rise apartment blocks and buildings, I did see something different every time I looked up.

And that view changed with the time of day. In the mornings, the colours and shapes felt so stark. Whites were whiter. And the edges of buildings, sharper.

I don’t see as many high-rises these days. But I still love to change my view by just looking up.
