It shouldn’t be too hard to understand why I call this photo “the cylon”. If you don’t get it, let me Google that for you.

When the dust rolled in, in Bahrain, by the time the sunset it’d usually be rolling out. And then at night, the remnants of dust in the air carried the light from all the high-rise buildings to create a really magical feeling.

(Though I do recognise that the phrase “remnants of dust” doesn’t sounds pleasant. It wasn’t breathing it in.)

Looking at this skyline brings back so many memories. Ever grateful that I was fortunate enough to experience living in another country.
